Design Development

QUOTATION + DETAILED SCOPE

Analysis and feedback on quotation

Acceptance of quotation, signing of contract and payment of deposit

 

 

FITOUT CONSTRUCTION

Council / Authority Approvals Confirmed + Payment of pre-site costs (i.e. Council/Consultant Fees etc)

Site Preparation and Construction Commencement

Completion of build works

Installation of office furniture, workstations & seating

Handover of site

 

THE FUNDAMENTALS

 

When it comes to a new office fitout or a corporate relocation, the task at hand can be slightly overwhelming for businesses and individuals that have little experience in the construction industry. And, even those who are within the construction industry... design is a whole other realm.

The key to our core expertise is the fact that we have been across all facets of business and design. Our entire

in house team have literally all started our careers (pure coincidence!) in the corporate sector such as

receptionists, administration assistants, personal assistants, right up to corporate managers... we've done the lot.
